Recently I tried this workout and wanted to share it with you.

Timed Exercises for endurance:
10 push ups
15 Body weight squats
On the minute, every minute, for 30 minutes total.  Simple moves and a quick workout will make it easy to do anywhere.  Give it a shot!

Two-Person Training Session.  The perfect workout for friends or couples that are looking to improve their health and fitness level.  Workouts will be focused in areas we determine together are important to you.  $50/hr. inside the perimeter and $60/hr. outside the perimeter.

Workout of the Day

Again from our friends at Spartan Race, here is a good one.  Very simple but sometimes they can be the most effective.

Warm up with a 15 minute run.

Now grab some free weights and here is your main set:

100 lunges
50 push-ups
100 squats
50 push-ups

Now repeat…  1x for beginners, 2x for intermediate, 3x for experts.

You can do this!!  Get your mind right and get to work.

Bootcamp Training…the missing link in your fitness?

I joined a bootcamp in August of 2010.  I had not attended a class of any type nor used a trainer over the years I’ve been active.  I remember making the call to a couple of friends pleading my case on why it was a good idea to workout at 6 am.  Thankfully one of them bit and we started the class.  These guys are great!  They worked my hard and I found a passion for helping people by being a part of the class.  Since the time I started I have been able to learn and teach others how to get in better shape.  I would highly recommend their services and they are special people.  Their workouts will shape your body, help you loose unwanted weight, improve core strength and overall fitness improvement.
